HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO SIOUX CITY TO JOIN HARD ROCK INTERNATIONAL IN WORLDWIDE CONSOLIDATION

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (September 30, 2016) –Hard Rock International has completed the acquisition of casino and hotel-casino rights in the western U.S, from BREF HR, LLC.  As a result of the transaction, Hard Rock International is now exclusively entitled to license Hard Rock Casinos and Hotel-Casinos in the western U.S., which now includes the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City. The brand name that has been divided for 35 years, will now be united under Hard Rock international as part of a large-scale rights acquisition which was approved today.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City’s ownership and management will remain the same, falling under the partnership between the Missouri River Historical Development and SCE Partners, LLC, an affiliate of Warner Gaming, LLC.

Currently located in 71 countries, Hard Rock International has a sizeable portfolio of 23 hotels and 11 casinos, in addition to over 160 Hard Rock Cafes.
