SUNDANCE HEAD, WINNER OF ‘THE VOICE’, SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 7TH CONCERT IN ANTHEM
SIOUX CITY, Iowa (February 13, 2017) – Winner of NBC’s The Voice Season 11, Sundance Head, is scheduled to perform in Anthem at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City on Friday, April 7. His bluesy, country vocals have been likened to hit country artist, Chris Stapleton.
“Some of the best artists to perform in Anthem are rising stars and I’m sure we’ll see that from Sundance Head,” said Brad Streeter, Entertainment Manager at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City. “Even if you didn’t follow The Voice, country music fans are going to want to hear Sundance perform. Tickets for the concert go on sale to the general public Friday, February 17 at 10 a.m. They can be purchased at the Rock Shop or online at https://tickets.hardrockcasinosiouxcity.com. Events in Anthem are 21 and older only.
Sundance Head is the most recent winner of NBC’s THE VOICE, and the son of singer Roy Head from the band The Traits who are known for their 1965 hit, “Treat Her Right.”
Sundance has been singing for as long as he can remember. He is now making his mark on the music industry, determined to hang a gold record of his own on the wall of his Porter, Texas home.
Sundance Head has a sound like no other. He calls it “soul country” and after you hear him sing you will know why and be taken on a trip back in time. Sundance’s songwriting is original and like no other. Sundance has released two albums over the last three years 2016 & Gruene and his current album Soul Country which was released April 2015.
