DARLENE STILL WINS 2014 CORVETTE STINGRAY AT HARD ROCK CASINO SIOUX CITY

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (September 27, 2014) – After six months of anticipation, Hard Rock Casino Sioux City has officially awarded its grand prize 2014 Corvette Stingray to lucky winner Darlene Still.

On Saturday, September 27, the top ten contestants picked a sealed prize envelope on the Anthem stage and were prompted to open them at the same time. Only one held the winning words “2014 Corvette Stingray” and to Darlene Still’s surprise, it was her envelope!

When asked about winning the Corvette, Darlene commented, “I was and still am in total disbelief. This is so exciting!” Darlene, a recently retired teacher, said she has never won a prize like this in her life. “My husband said it’s like a retirement and early birthday gift wrapped in one!”

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City General Manager, Todd Moyer, offered his congratulations to Darlene for the exciting win. “We had a tremendous response to the contest, with thousands of entires for the grand prize,” said Moyer. “It’s a great feeling to give away this amazing car to one of our guests, and we hope she has a blast driving it!”
