HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO SIOUX CITY ADDS CAJUN FLAIR TO MENUS IN TIME FOR MARDI GRAS

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (February 9, 2016) –For a limited time only, Mardi Gras revelers and foodies alike can “let the good times roll” with Cajun-inspired dishes and drinks at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City’s restaurants.

Guests will satisfy their Fat Tuesday cravings with Main and Abbey’s Louisiana-inspired small plates. Gulf Coast favorites have been added to the World Tour Buffet’s new Cajun station, including dishes like gumbo, jambalaya, etouffee, and crawfish. And Fuel American Grill will offer a special Cajun burger, shrimp po’boys, and crawfish rolls.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City’s bars will also offer a touch of N’awlins’ flair with specialty cocktails, including the Black Magic Voodoo martini, Milk Rum Punch, French 75 ½, and the legendary Traditional Hurricane.
