HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO SIOUX CITY OPENS NEW FOOD TRUCK
SIOUX CITY, Iowa (July 7, 2017) – Today, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City unveiled its newest restaurant, the Hard Rock Hotel Food Truck.
The Food Truck becomes Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City’s fourth restaurant, adding to the property’s list of award winning dining outlets the World Tour Buffet, Fuel American Grill and Main + Abbey.
The Food Truck at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City will feature three of the most popular items traditionally found on Hard Rock Café menus such as The Legendary® Burger, Tupelo Chicken, and Oreo Cheesecake. Along with these Café favorites, the menu will also feature a variety of sandwiches and sides.
“It is very exciting for us to be able to bring The Legendary® Burger to Sioux City,” said Todd Moyer, general manager of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City. “This is the original burger served in 1971 at the first ever Hard Rock Café in London. It’s stood the taste test of time and we’re honored to be able to continue its legacy here.”
Located by The Patio at Main + Abbey, the Food Truck is open Tuesday – Thursday 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and Friday – Saturday 4 p.m.-3 a.m. Diners can sit on The Patio at Main + Abbey, a unique outdoor covered seating option.
The truck was designed and built by Cruising Kitchens, the world’s largest custom mobile business fabricator. Construction and delivery of the truck took a mere eight weeks to complete.
“This truck is one of our favorites here at Cruising Kitchens,” said Josh Davies, Chief Brand Officer & A/V Specialist for Cruising Kitchens. “Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s truck allows for a wide range of menu items due to the diversity of the equipment inside. But what really makes it stand out is the look of the outside. From the bold black and white wrap design to the DJ booth on the roof, this truck will definitely turn heads.”
