TYLER RICH AND BLACK FLAG TO PERFORM IN ANTHEM AT HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO SIOUX CITY

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (March 18, 2019) – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City has announced that country singer Tyler Rich and punk rock band Black Flag will perform in Anthem later this year. Rich, a Pandora’s Artists to Watch for 2019, will perform on June 1; Black Flag, embarking on their reunion tour next month, will perform on August 24.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 22, 2019, and may be purchased at www.hardrockcasinosiouxcity.com or in-person at the Rock Shop. All events in Anthem are for guests 21 years and older.

Hit songs include: “The Difference,” “Radio,” “I Can Teach Ya”

Rich was discovered by fellow country artist Dustin Lynch, who saw him singing on Instagram. Lynch invited him to Nashville for a meeting, and it led him to a management deal to release his first album. His single, “The Difference,” was released in 2018 and has charted on Billboard Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts, in addition to becoming a fan favorite with heavy rotation on SiriusXM’s The Highway.

“The Difference” helped land Tyler as a CMT Listen Up artist in 2018, a slot as the opener on Brett Young’s nationwide tour, and a coveted spot on Pandora’s Artists to Watch for 2019. Rolling Stone recently touted him as “the newest member of country music’s radio-minded incoming class, with a homecoming king’s swagger and a valedictorian’s songwriting smarts.”

BLACK FLAG

Black Flag formed in 1976 by guitarist, songwriter and sole continuous member Greg Ginn. Widely considered to be one of the first recorded hardcore punk bands, their music is best known for its frequent tempo shifts and guitar solos. The band initially broke up in 1986 before reuniting in early 2013. This reunion led to the release of their latest album “What The…” in November 2013.

Black Flag’s discography includes seven studio albums and two live albums, all of which was released on Ginn’s independent label. The band is currently recording new material for a future studio release. They are currently prepping for their widespread reunion tour, playing shows in North America and Europe throughout the year.
