Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sioux City strongly recommends that Battery Park and Anthem tickets be purchased directly from our website or in person at The Rock Shop. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City does not work with 3rd party ticketing websites and will NOT be responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source and will not honor counterfeit/invalid tickets. Tickets bought from a Third-Party Seller must be addressed solely with the Third Party Seller.

• ACCESSIBLE SEATING

  Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sioux City is committed to creating one-of-a-kind experiences for all our guests. To that end, we are pleased to offer the following accommodations at our Battery Park venue.

  Wheelchair Access

  A designated wheelchair/disabled guest access area is available on the east side of the venue. For further information regarding ADA seating, please call the box office at 712.226.7659 or email [email protected]

• AGE RESTRICTIONS

  Anthem Events

  All guests MUST BE 21+ to attend Anthem events. No exceptions.

   

  Battery Park Events

  Battery Park events are open to all ages, unless otherwise noted.
  Persons under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests 16+ may be asked to present a valid ID as proof of age.
  If you are 21+, you must present a valid photo ID to receive a wristband to alcoholic beverages. There is an ID tent located near the entrance within the venue to get a wristband.

• ARRIVAL + ADMISSION

  Ensuring the safety of our guests, artists and employees is always a top priority of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City. Be advised that for all events held in Anthem and Battery Park, venue security will utilize a Walk-Through Metal Detector to scan all guests entering the venue. A secondary measure of bag searches and wanding will be conducted if warranted.

  Please refer to your ticket for doors open and show times. It is recommended guests arrive no less than 30 minutes before an event’s start time.

  ADMISSION

  Overnight lines are strickly prohibited.
  Guest may start lining up at 2PM, day of the show at the designated line outside Battery Park.
  Guests are not permitted to “hold” a place in line for other guests who arrive later.
  Guests must follow venue policies, posted instructions and directives from venue staff.
  Hard Rock management reserves the right to amend or make additions to these policies at any time.
  Ticket holders found in violation of property policies may be asked to surrender their tickets and leave the property.

• ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

  In accordance with Iowa and Federal law, persons must be twenty-one (21) or older to purchase alcohol. It is our policy to require all guests who appear to be thirty-five (35) or younger to present a valid form of ID for proof of age verification.

  Alcoholic beverages served may be limited to two (2) drinks per person, per purchase.

  Management reserves the right to refuse service to those guests who appear to be intoxicated.

• ATMs

  There are 6 ATMs located inside the Hard Rock Casino Sioux City. One is located near the Valet window outside of the Rock Shop, two are located near the Rock Star Rewards Club, a fourth is located at the casino entrance connected to the parking garage, a fifth ATM is located inside of Fuel American Grill, and a sixth by the Sportsbook.

• BACKSTAGE PASSES + MEET AND GREETS

  Backstage passes are not available for purchased. For certain shows, meet and greets may be available through the artist website.

• CAMERAS + RECORDING DEVICES

  Professional cameras (those with professional/detachable lenses and flash) are strickly prohibited.

  Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City reserves the right to prohibit camera use that conflicts with the policy set by the event. This policy extends to: audio recorders, video recorders, and digital cameras with video capability.

• CANCELLED + POSTPONED EVENTS

  In the event it becomes necessary to cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event; information will be distributed via social media. Information will also be distributed via email to the database of persons who have purchased tickets for said event, if Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City has their contact information.

  If an event, that is the sole responsibility of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City, is cancelled, refunds will be available at the Rock Shop. Credit card purchases will automatically be refunded by Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City; cash purchases must be refunded in person at the Rock Shop.

  If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased will be honored for the new date or a refund may be requested.

• CLEAR BAG POLICY

  Each guest may carry one bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″.

  All bags are subject to searched and must adhere to the venue policy—only the following will be permitted:

  • clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″
  • one-gallon, clear plastic freezer bags

   

  Medical Bags are allowed, but are subject to additional search. If medical equipment is required to be with you, an exception will be granted after proper inspection. Security will be present at each entrance to conduct screening of medically necessary items.

   

  SUBJECT TO SEARCH

  All items must be removed from your pockets, including: wallets, change, keys, phones, lighters or any metal or plastic materials. Anyone who exits the concert at any time will be subject to security check-in again.

• CONCESSIONS

  Outside food or drink are strickly prohibited, including water bottles. Food and beverages are available at Fuel American Grill and Main + Abbey and are located inside the building. Yards Bar and Anthem Bar are available for beverages.

  Guests must be 21+ to visit Fuel American Grill, Anthem Bar and Yards Bar as they are located on the casino floor. Main + Abbey is open to all ages.

   

  Battery Park Events

  Alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase throughout the venue. Food Truck(s) may be available inside the venue, but are not a guarantee. 

• DRESS CODE

  Guests in attendance are required to be fully dressed including shoes.

• DRIVING DIRECTIONS

  From I-29 Northbound
  Follow I-29 north to Exit 148, Wesley Parkway. Take a right onto Wesley Parkway and continue to 3rd or 5th Streets to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City. Parking is available on site, with additional street and ramp parking within walking distance.

  From I-29 Southbound
  Follow I-29 south to Exit 149 Wesley Parkway. Take a left onto Wesley Parkway and continue to 3rd or 5th Streets to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City. Parking is available on site, with additional street and ramp parking within walking distance.

• DOOR TIMES + SHOW START TIMES

  All events doors open 1 hours prior to event start time, unless otherwise noted. Refer to your ticket stub for doors open and show start time or find it located on our event website.

• EMERGENCIES

  Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests. If there is an emergency, please contact the nearest Hard Rock Team Member. Security has staff trained in Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED use.

• FIRST AID

  If medical assistance is required, please see an usher or event security guard immediately.

• LOST AND FOUND*

  If you have lost an item during an event, please contact an Usher or Security Officer for assistance. If the event has concluded, please call 712.226.7659 and ask for lost and found.

  *Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS*

  If you purchased your ticket through Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City, please bring your photo ID and applicable purchase information to the Rock Shop to attempt to reprint your tickets. The person whose name is on the order must be the person to pick up the tickets! If your tickets were not purchased through Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City is not responsible for reprinting or replacing tickets.

  *There is no guarantee on the replacement of lost tickets.

• MERCHANDISE

  For any artist that has merchandise, merchandise stands will be located within the venue.

  Artist merchandise is not sold at the Rock Shop.

• PARKING

  Parking is available south of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City with entrances off of 3rd Street.

  Parking is available east of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City with entrances off of 3rd Street and Douglas Street.

  Parking is available in the parking ramp located at the corner of 5th and Pearl Street.

  No parking available for Semi or RV vehicles.

• PERSONAL CHAIRS

  Lawn chairs, collapsible camping chairs or chairs of any kind are strictly prohibited inside Battery Park.

• PROHIBITED ITEMS

  The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Animals other than those required out of medical necessity
  • Bags or Purses Larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″
  • Blankets
  • Lawn chairs, collapsible camping chairs or chairs of any kind
  • Chains or Wallet Chains
  • Coolers & Picnic Baskets
  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Firearms, Weapons or Knives
  • Fireworks or other pyrotechnic devices
  • Frisbees or Beach Balls
  • Glass Bottles
  • Illegal substances of any kind
  • In-line or roller skates, skateboards, scooters or bicycles
  • iPads/Tablets
  • Jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
  • Laser Pointers
  • Mace/Pepper Spray
  • Musical Instruments
  • Outside Food or Beverage
  • Personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones and masks
  • Picnic Baskets
  • Professional audio or video recording equipment – including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial-use rigs
  • Projectiles
  • Weapon replicas of any type
  • Reusable or refillable water bottles
  • Strollers or similar items
  • Stuffed animals or toys of any kind
  • Tobacco and vapes
  • Umbrellas
  • Unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
  • Any other item(s) deemed unacceptable by event management

   

  This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management.

• NO RE-ENTRY

  Upon exiting the venue, re-entry is not permitted at any gate.

• RESTROOMS

  Anthem Events

  Restrooms can be found next to Fuel American Grill or next to Yards Bar.

   

  Battery Park Events

  Portable restrooms are located throughout the venue.

• SIGNS

  Signs are strickly prohibited at Battery Park or inside Anthem.

• SMOKING

  Smoking is strickly prohibited at Battery Park and Anthem.

  There are designated smoking areas.

• STROLLERS 

  Strollers or similar items are strickly prohibited at Battery Park.

• THIRD-PARTY TICKETS

• TICKETS + THE BOX OFFICE

  All ticket purchases are available ONLY through www.hardrockcasinosiouxcity.com or in-person at the Rock shop.

  Tickets bought from a Third Party Seller are NOT the responsibility of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City and must be addressed solely with the Third Party Seller.

  Guests can present the original ticket or printed copy of the online purchased tickets. Mobile ticket entry is also available; ensure your screen brightness is turned up for quick entry.

   

  The Box Office

  The Box Office can be found inside the Rock Shop, located near the 3rd Street casino entrance. The Rock Shop can be reached by calling 712-226-7625.

   

  Battery Park Events

  Tickets can be picked up or purchased at Will Call located just outside of the venue entrance on the day of show after 4PM (pending availability of tickets). 

• REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

  There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.

  All outdoor concerts are rain or shine.

  Customers may be able to upgrade tickets for events when possible; however, this is not a guaranteed policy and is done at the discretion of the Box Office Manager.

• VENUE ENTRANCE

  Anthem Events

  All person MUST BE  21+ to attend and may enter at either casino entrance. Anthem is located in the north east corner of the building.

   

  Battery Park Events

  Venue entrance is outside at the corner of 4th and Water Streets.

• WILL CALL

  Will call is located at the Rock Shop near the 3rd Street casino entrance.

  In order to pick up tickets:

  MUST present a valid photo ID, matching the name on the account, is required. No exceptions. Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope.

   

  Battery Park Events

  Will Call tickets can be picked up outside the venue entrance on the day of show, starting at 4PM.
