HARD ROCK HOTEL SIOUX CITY RECIEVES PRESTIGOUS AAA FOUR DIAMOND AWARD

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (August 3, 2015) – Today,Hard Rock Hotel Sioux City announced it has earned AAA’s prestigious Four Diamond Rating, one of the most known and respected trademarks in the global travel industry. Hard Rock Hotel Sioux City is now the fourth hotel in Iowa to receive this distinction and the only property located in the tri-state region, with no Four Diamond hotels in South Dakota and only two in Nebraska.

Following an unannounced and extensive evaluation by AAA’s professional inspectors, the hotel was considered a premier establishment for guests. Exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality all contributed to Hard Rock Hotel Sioux City’s success. The rating awarded to Hard Rock Hotel Sioux City describes the hotel as “refined, stylish with upscale physical attributes, extensive amenities, and a high degree of hospitality, service, and attention to detail.”

The hotel, a boutique 54-room property, is located in Sioux City’s historic Battery Building in the Fourth Street District. Upon entering the hotel, guests will find what was once a drop-off station for trains unloading cargo is now the floor-to-ceiling Lobby Bar. The renovated property boasts rock-n-roll inspired rooms with an eclectic mix of historical architecture and modern amenities and design elements.

According to AAA, establishments that are approved receive a rating of One to Five Diamonds based on the extensiveness of services, facilities, and amenities. Only five percent of the more than 28,000 properties approved by AAA achieve the Four Diamond distinction.
