DAD is a hip hop duo that center their contentaround the Dad Life and all things Dad related.
Emcees, Protige and Eboli, have long been a part of the underground hip hop landscape in many different forms, from DJing and beat production to writing and performing raps. With varied groups and solo projects under their belts, these emcees have experience and skill that shines in both content and performance.
Viral videos, multiple album releases, a battle of the bands win, touring and various other endeavors highlight the accomplishments DAD have achieved.
With an endless string of content still coming their way, DAD plans to remain a force.
Ynot
Call him Ynot, or Ynotlwc. LWC is the Record Label he started with his dawgs Lost World Creators. Ynot has always felt lost, his dad was in and out of the picture, moms worked a lot, they were constantly moving left n right, when he was young. When Ynot moved to Nebraska, they didn’t know what to do with his east coast accent so they put him in speech which kinda gave him this hybrid accent. Ynot’s musical journey started at 14 by writing raps when his cousin Tab showed him Tupac and his entire catalog and life story. Ynot’s whole family is from Baltimore (Purple Gang) n they wear it on their sleeves for sure. Ynot was also a skater kid/lil gangster so he listened to alotta SPM, LIL ROB, BLINK 182, HOLLYWOOD UNDEAD, KOTTOMMOUTH KINGS, as well as the LIL WAYNES, and EMINEMS. Ynot feels his music is a reflection of that 🙂
Gifo
Gifo is a mid west based rapper with a distinct sound and background that lends to some unique qualities. With over a decade of experience he began releasing music and doing live performances in 2021. In that 2 year period he has released 4 projects amongst singles totaling to over 30 songs, proving to be a prolific and effective artist.
Crediting his upbringing, Gifo has a true hip hop skill set. Clever punchlines, impactful bars, and an unwavering cadence glide on beats as he details his real life experiences. Spending summers in Chicago, his father introduced him to the idea of rapping. After moving to Raleigh, North Carolina with his mother at the age of 13 he began recording music shortly thereafter. Now 27, he is a seasoned and experienced artist and performer.

Psychedelic Sidekick, a rapper/songwriter from Sioux City, Iowa, is the perfect blend of lyricism, conscious state of mind, and chill, melodic vibes.
