ROCK’N Vodka Cocktail Contest

Want a shot at creating a new ROCK’N Vodka Cocktail for the creator himself, Rick Nielsen, lead guitarist of Rock & Roll Hall of Famers, Cheap Trick and co-owner of ROCK’N Vodka? Here’s your chance. Up to five individuals or small teams will be chosen to prepare a radical new ROCK’N Vodka Cocktail to present to the Sioux-lebrities and Rick Nielsen. Winner gets $1,000 CASH, a ROCK’N Vodka Swag Box, AND their drink will be a feature cocktail through March 31, 2023 at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Plus, $3 from every drink sold on the casino floor will be donated to the Bartenders charity of choice!

All cocktails must follow the below criteria;

• Vodka must be an ingredient (ROCK’N Vodka will be provided to the final contestants)
• No more than 4 ingredients
• Rock N Roll Themed
• 1.5 oz total liquor allowed
• Include specific measurements of ingredients
• No fire
• No infusions
• We have the right to exclude entrants for any reason including but not limited to language, and inappropriate content

Entrants must be a bartender in an establishment in the Siouxland area, within 30 miles. Cocktail creations must have a Rock N Roll theme. Based on a public vote on submissions, the top 5 participants will move on and present their concoction live on December 17th, in front of the Sioux-lebrities and Rick Nielsen, where judges will sample the cocktails and submit their votes. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will make all attempts to secure the ingredients or like ingredients.

The final live round of cocktails will be judged on the following categories: Taste, Visual Appeal, Creative Name, Originality, and Presentation.

The top 5 finalists are based on a public vote, so be sure to come back and share your video December 12th – 14th.
