
This week’s Thanksgiving features were created by Chef Evin, who was originally part of the Main + Abbey culinary team from 2015–2020 and rejoined in January 2025. Chef Evin is a graduate of Metro Culinary Arts in Omaha, NE and also trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas. His passion for cooking was first inspired by his mother, Vicki, with whom he spent countless hours in the kitchen. Chef Evin brings a passion for creative twists on tradition, and the Thanksgiving features are a reflection of his love for seasonal ingredients and his creativity in the kitchen.
