HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO SIOUX CITY ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (December 28, 2015) – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City is pleased to announce longtime industry veteran, Rick Washburn, has officially joined the local entertainment destination’s leadership team as Director of Food and Beverage.

“Rick’s years in the bar and restaurant industry make him a valuable asset to our team,” said Hard Rock Hotel & Casino General Manager Todd Moyer.  “We’re really excited to have him on board and know he’ll fit right into our rock star atmosphere.”

Washburn began his career in the food and beverage industry fifteen years ago in Central Illinois and brings an impressive track record of success to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City. His recent experiences include overseeing the award-winning Kahill’s Steak-Fish Chophouse as well as ensuring all guests’ culinary needs were satisfied at the Marina Inn Hotel and Conference Center in South Sioux City, Nebraska as their director of food and beverages. Prior to joining the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City team, Washburn also worked as the Regional Operations Manager for Lunchtime Solutions.
