HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO SIOUX CITY WELCOMES JIM FRANKE AS GENERAL MANAGER

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (March 15, 2018) – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City is excited to announce the hiring of Jim Franke as its new general manager. Mr. Franke has 25 years of experience in the gaming industry and ties to the Sioux City community from his time working with the Belle of Sioux City in the late 1990s.

“Jim is a proven leader and an exceptional addition to this award-winning property,” stated Bill Warner, CEO of Warner Hospitality. “His extensive background in the industry, his excellent leadership style and his dedication to bettering the community around him are just a few of the reasons we determined he was the best fit for this role.”

Most recently, Franke worked as the senior vice president of operations and general manager with Warner Hospitality based in Las Vegas. Prior to his time with Warner, he spent 14 years leading the Ameristar Casino Resort Spa in St. Charles, Mo., 10 years of that time as senior vice president/general manager.

Before working at Ameristar, Franke spent seven years with the Argosy Gaming Company, at one point holding the role of director of operations for the Belle of Sioux City.
