2ND ANNUAL HARD ROCK HEALS GOLF TOURNAMENT TO BENEFIT SIOUX CITY CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC
SIOUX CITY, IA (April 13, 2018) – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City is hosting its 2nd Annual Hard Rock Heals Golf Tournament on Friday, May 18 at Whispering Creek Golf Course. The tournament is a fundraiser for the Sioux City Conservatory of Music.
“When the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City team suggested a golf tournament benefitting the Sioux City Conservatory of Music, we were all so excited to support!” said Kellie Brown, manager of global philanthropy for Hard Rock International. “We look forward to building the community comradery and financial impact each year while bringing this idea to other Hard Rock markets across the globe.”
In its first year, the golf tournament raised $10,000 for the Conservatory. Hole sponsorships start at $500, with varying levels of sponsorship available. Tournament enrollment is available now through May 4, 2018 online at www.hardrockcasinosiouxcity.com/golf. There are a limited number of team spots available, so early registration is recommended.
The Heals Foundation has generously contributed two all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel vacation getaways as door prizes once again this year, one for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana and one for Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. Additional prizes participants are eligible for include custom guitars, $1,000 cash and authentic memorabilia from past performers of Anthem and Battery Park.
SIOUX CITY CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC
The Sioux City Conservatory is a 501(c)(3) music center whose primary focus it to inspire those with a desire to study music and its essence. They provide music theory classes, vocal, guitar, percussion, brass, woodwind, piano and song writing classes. They study the history of every genre of music and use this very important method as a way encourage the students to be bold in their music to write their own songs and to play hard.
