FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH TO PERFORM JULY 20 AT HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO’S BATTERY PARK

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (Feb. 6, 2019) – Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City has announced today that heavy metal sensation Five Finger Death Punch will perform at Battery Park on Saturday, July 20. They are the second artist announced from the Battery Park 2019 Concert Series, following the announcement of country singer-songwriter Kane Brown.

Five Finger Death Punch has a total of three RIAA platinum-certified albums, three gold albums, a platinum single and generated more than 2 billion global streams to date. Most recently, they released seventh full-length album, And Justice For None, in 2018.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8, 2019, and may be purchased at www.hardrockcasinosiouxcity.com or in-person at the Rock Shop. Shows in Battery Park are open to all ages.

Five Finger Death Punch was founded in 2005 and released their debut album, The Way of the Fist, in 2007. In the years following their debut, they have released multiple platinum-selling albums such as 2011’s American Capitalist and 2013’s two-volume set The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell.

Five Finger Death Punch has won multiple awards over the years, including Best Rock Video in 2015 for “Wrong Side of Heaven” at the Loudwire Music Awards, Artist of the Year in 2015 at the SiriusXM Octane Music Awards and Best International Artist in 2016 at the Bandit Rock Awards. In 2015, the band received the prestigious Soldier Appreciation Award from the Association of the United States Army – European Region. The award was founded in 1920 and is given every five years. The only musician ever to receive the award before Five Finger Death Punch was Elvis Presley.

In 2018, Five Finger Death Punch released And Justice For None, their seventh studio album, named as a homage to Metallica’s album …And Justice for All, which reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200 chart. Their first single from this album, a cinematic cover of The Offspring’s “Gone Away,” has been viewed more than 46 million times on YouTube/VEVO since its release.
